The Jacksons: Drama, Drama, Drama

At this point, it’s not even slightly funny anymore; I feel incredibly bad for Michael’s kids.

The craziness surrounding Michael Jackson‘s estate and the still-somewhat-missing Katherine Jackson has caused massive turmoil for the entire family and has broken into family fights, a possible change in the custodial line-up and even more questions as to what’s really going on at their Calabasas compound.

It’s almost difficult to keep up with it all, but I’m going to try to fill in all of the newest blanks for you guys. You can read about what has happened in the past 24 hours alone after the jump. Brace yourselves; this has the makings to make you even more confused than before.

Following the altercation that took place at the Jackson compound Monday afternoon, Janet and Jermaine showed up to make heads and tails of what actually happened — which lead to even more craziness when Michael’s kids were supposedly ambushed. TMZ obtained a statement from Katherine’s lawyer saying,

“”Yesterday afternoon, certain Jackson family members ambushed Katherine Jackson’s home after their vehicle tore through security gates on the tails of the SUV containing Michael Jackson’s children.”

After exiting their vehicles, Jackson family members ran up to Michael’s children as they yelled and began to aggressively grab at the cell phones in their hands. Out of concern for the well being of Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson, the children were forced to temporarily leave their home and have been taken to a safe location.  An altercation ensued shortly thereafter and law enforcement arrived at the scene.”

There is even video of the incident which shows Janet (didn’t you think she was the only one who would stay out of this mess?) comforting niece Paris, when she tries to take her cell phone from her twice.

Paris realizes what’s going on and runs off with Janet following until brother Randy restrains Janet. Randy and Janet both record Paris on their cell phone until another fight breaks off camera. Cops arrive to the scene again, took yet another battery report and the children were eventually moved to a safe location.

Because of the insanity, TJ Jackson; Tito’s oldest son (and singer in the 90′s group, 3T) had his lawyer draft a temporary guardianship order over Paris, Prince and Blanket. With Katherine allegedly being “kidnapped” by her children (they haven’t heard from her in 9 days now), he may be able to do so if all three children agree to it (since they’re all teenagers now, they have the right to decline via California law… and apparently, they don’t mind as TJ has been a parental figure to them in the past). Michael’s estate is said to be behind the move and will head to court to grand permission.

According to a source, we’re not supposed to believe what is all in front of us: the Jackson siblings are not turning against each other; they believe it’s one brother speaking out of turn, although they aren’t saying which brother it is (but isn’t it obvious, though?).

Honestly, this is a huge mess and Michael is probably moonwalking rolling in his grave right now. Love of money makes you do the wacky, huh?
