Following the announcement that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are going through with their divorce settlement earlier today, TMZ has found out what actually lies in the most important part: what happens now with little Suri:

Katie more or less has “primary physical custody”, but Tom has “significant custodial time”.

A report claimed that Suri must be in the presence of Katie’s bodyguard and nanny when she is around Tom. It was deemed false.

Part of the custodial previsions even go as far as to express what happens with Suri religiously: “…there are restrictions on what Tom and Katie can discuss with Suri on the subject of religion, including Scientology, however, those restrictions are eased the older Suri gets.”

Though the bulletpoints aren’t massive, they were told that the full agreement is “extremely detailed” and pretty much details everything for years to come.

Sounds like Suri isn’t going to have the easiest time growing up, but I still wish the best for the little one.

Kris Humphries Likes It Raw

And the douche nature just keeps on coming with this dude.

Myla Sinanaj, ex (soon to be current — again) girlfriend of Kim Kardashian ex, Kris Humphries apparently shouldn’t be too surprised that she’s carrying his baby. Sources close to her told TMZ that she and Kris had unprotected sex all of the time.

According to sources close to both Kris and Myla, Humphries was nonchalant when it came to using condoms. We’re told if there wasn’t one handy … Kris had no problem going about his business.

And on the hilarious side, their Kim sources are telling them she finds this all hilarious. For someone who promoted being such a “good Christian boy” with his whole “sanctity of marriage” spiel, she finds it interested that he got another woman pregnant not only out of wedlock, but while he was legally still married.

I do believe Kim is going to win this, people.

The sexual exploits of Rolling Stones front man, Mick Jagger are massive and legendary. But a new bombshell book hitting shelves tomorrow entitled, “Mick: The Wild Life and Mad Genius of Jagger” brings more of his popular beddings to light… including those of some very famous men.

Usher Gets A Restraining Order Against Stalker

At least he can have a facet of peace in his life.

Usher got an Atlanta judge to issue a restraining order against his alleged stalker, Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw. The woman was initially arrested outside of Usher’s home in late June after she claimed to be his wife and showed up at his home repeatedly.

Both Usher and Darshelle were in court this morning, where the woman was ordered to stay away from him and his children for at least a year. Sadly, Usher was already in the area following his ex-stepson Kyle’s tragic ski accident, which left him brain dead.
