Here’s a fact about Chuck Norris you probably didn’t know: the dude’s a homophobe.

Nope. That’s not the start to one of those unfunny Chuck Norris jokes, either.

The 72-year-old actor recently put his thoughts to paper the internet when he gave his thoughts on gay members in the Boy Scouts entitled, ”Is Obama Creating a Pro-Gay Boy Scouts of America?” for AmmoLand.com, a website that proclaims itself to be the “Leading News Service for Guns, Ammunition and Shooting Sports Companies”.

TMZ caught wind of the article, which bashes James Turley, a Boy Scouts of America high ranking official, who is looking to change the ban that currently keeps out gay men and women from being a Scout leader or even just being a Scout.

Norris suggests Turley is only championing the cause because he’s trying to curry favor with Obama’s “pro-gay” administration.

Norris talks about the Boy Scouts as epitomizing the best of America. The insinuation … that gays don’t.

Norris is apparently a hardcore Republican. And while he has the right to his opinion, I’ll keep mine as well. You know, the one that says he’s a hardcore idiot, too.
