Recently engaged Miley Cyrus, 19, was photographed making a stop at a medicinal marijuana pharmacy on Monday (in California, marijuana is legal), the Huffington Post reports. She never entered the place herself, staying firmly planted in her white Convertible while her friend/co-passenger went inside.

This shouldn’t come as a surprise considering Miley’s love of the “ganja” isn’t really news.  Remember this little gem?

But keep in mind: she’s just bein’ high as a kite Miley!

Well, that explains a lot.

Former “Danity Kane” singer Aubrey O’Day was cleared by a psychiatrist to allow her to bring her pet dogs when she travels via airplanes, TMZ has learned. One of her doctors issued an official document that allows her to bring her pets along when she flies.

From TMZ:

A rep for Virgin America airlines tells TMZ … the “Celebrity Apprentice” star was cleared to bring her 2 pets into the 1st class section of a flight this week … because they are registered as “Emotional Support Animals.”

According to the Virgin America website, the airline requires the passenger to produce a letter from a licensed mental health professional which substantiates the guest’s disability-related need for the animal to accompany them in the aircraft cabin.

As for her actual condition, Aubrey hasn’t shared that information; TMZ called for comment and she didn’t respond.

I suppose this means any messiness that comes from her in the future officially has an explanation.

3 years ago today, pop superstar Michael Jackson passed away at the all-too-soon age of 50 while in the midst of preparing for his “This Is It” tour. Heartbroken fans, young and old united in their grief and love for the magical musician and his televised memorial was watched by millions.

And it looks like that love is still as active as it ever was: his fans gathered funds to have 10,000 roses sent to his final resting place at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California. TMZ was told by a popular L.A. based “King of Pop” fan group that they used social media to obtain the money for the flowers to commemorate the anniversary of his death.

In an even sweeter gesture, half of the flowers will be “sent to senior centers and other places where they can be used to make people happy” after today. Considering they are for someone who truly promoted love above all else, I believe Michael would adore that.

Rest always, MJ. You are forever missed.

Actress Reese Witherspoon has finally admitted what we’ve all known for months: she’s pregnant with her third child. Although she’s been seen in public with quite the baby bump for a while, the 36-year-old decided to open up while accepting an award at a gala in Chicago.

When complimented about her appearance, she said, “Thanks, but frankly I’m feeling very round tonight.”

Reese is currently married to Jim Toth, her former representative from the Creative Artists Agency. When asked about her future plans, she spoke about her upcoming movie with actor Colin Firth before closing with, “And, after I finish that, I’m going to take a little time off — and go have a baby.”

Reese has two other children with former husband, Ryan Phillippe.
