If you end up fighting a paparazzo on the day when you pick up your marriage license, could that be some sort of sign not to go through with it?

Hot tempered “30 Rock” actor Alec Baldwin was leaving an NYC courthouse after grabbing a marriage license for himself and fiancee, Hilaria Thomas. The Daily News reported that as they left the courthouse, three photographers were outside, including Marcus Santos, 43. Baldwin apparently told the photogs to step back, which they say they complied to.

Baldwin grabbed another photographer and in an effort to defend him, Santos stepped up:

“I said, ‘Don’t touch him. I knew he was going to attack me. I stepped back, and he kept coming.”

Once again, Lindsay “Hot Mess” Lohan has found herself in some kind of trouble. Sources tell TMZ that LiLo broke a huge rule while filming the Lifetime movie, “Liz and Dick”:  Lindsay was NOT supposed to be behind the wheel at any time, as stipulated in the insurance policy the production team behind the film took out after she was hired… and we all now know how that one worked out.

Sources connected with the production tell us … the insurance company that issued the policy — which would take a major hit if Lindsay couldn’t complete the film — was extremely reluctant to take the risk.  The insurance company set numerous conditions on its coverage, and one of them was banning Lindsay from the roads which have landed her in big trouble multiple times — DUIs, car accidents, and on and on.

Tim Burton staple actor Johnny Depp and French model/actress Vanessa Paradis have ended their relationship, according to reports. The pair met in 1998 while Depp filmed “The Ninth Gate”. Although never married, the two have children: 13-year-old daughter, Lily-Rose and 9-year-old son, Jack.

Depp released a statement through his publicist saying that the split was “amicable” and to “respect their privacy and, more importantly, the privacy of their children.”

It’s just about time for reality show star Kim Kardashian to head into court with soon to be ex-husband/basketball player Kris Humphries for their divorce proceedings and the girl’s not playing around. According to TMZ, she served a subpoena to Kris’ most recent ex-girlfriend, Myla Sinanaj.

TMZ was the first to report that Kris had moved on with Myla, saying that the two began dating back in January. Although the two were photographed together, Kris and his people did everything they could to hide the relationship.

It’s becoming apparent this guy doesn’t want to be found.

“Terminator 3″ actor Nick Stahl has gone missing once more; the second time in less than two months, according to his wife, Rose Murphy. Stahl, who has had problems with drugs in the past, left his rehab last week against the doctors’ orders and hasn’t been seen since last Thursday.

Early this past May, Nick pulled a disappearing act that caused Murphy to file a missing person’s report. But a few days later, he contacted his friends via e-mail to let them know he was fine and was checking into rehab.

According to Rose, she hasn’t heard from him in four days. Let’s hope this ends well because it’s sadly not sounding that way. We’ll keep you posted.
