Amanda Bynes was officially charged with the DUI she was arrested for back in April of this year. According to reports, she side swiped a cop car she tried to pass on a late night in WeHo (that’s West Hollywood for you non-lingo knowing folks). If she’s found guilty, she could possibly face jail time, probation and a alcohol treatment program… and you all know how well those tend to work.
