Heidi Montag‘s last pop album released two years ago was  a huge flop. But the 25-year-old married, former TV reality star has a new four-track pop album titled Dreams Come True.  The tracks include Your Love Found Me, Party is Wherever I Am, No More and Overdosin.

No new material here, but Heidi wanted an excuse for a photo shoot. Undecided
