Sacramento police say Jesse James Thomas, 55, was arrested on suspicion of being drunk after he allegedly jumped onto a cop car (while the officer was inside), yelled his own name, then ran away.
He was later found because he was easily spotted while wearing a dark puffy jacket, a sombrero and a boxing glove on one hand.
