Britney Spears is hearing music, y’all, and this time it’s not just one of her worldwide hit singles that she’s performing on her record-breaking Femme Fatale tour. It’s wedding bells!

According to People.com, Britney and longtime boyfriend Jason Trawick may be headed down the aisle sooner than any of us thought. Sources tell the mag that the lovebirds “have been thinking marriage for a long time,” and that “it would be surprising if they are not engaged by the end of the year.” It’s a Chrismukkah miracle, y’all!

The world’s most beloved performer turns 30 on Friday, and reaching such a huge milestone is inspiring Britney to take back her life after a very public meltdown several years ago (otherwise known as The Dark Ages). “She is having one of the best times of her life,” says a source, and she’s ready to settle down with her man. Her very hot, very strong man…

Granted, this isn’t the first time Britney’s tied the knot. Who could forget her infamous 55-hour fling with hometown friend Jason Alexander? Or her marriage to Kevin Federline, the near-apocalyptic disaster that sent us into The Dark Ages?

But I have hope for Jason – he seems to make Britney happy, and he has yet to begin a rap career. Here’s hoping that Britney remains the only one in the relationship to record albums (and may she record many, many more).

A new feud developed this week between rapper Nicki Minaj and an incredibly unlikely opponent – Cher. According to MediaTakeOut, the feud began on Twitter as the result of one misinformed fan, who told Cher that she was dissed by Minaj is her song “Did It on ‘Em.”

Cher responded to the claim by tweeting, “I’ve seen lots of people come and go! No biggie!” Later, after learning that she was in fact not dissed by Minaj, Cher immediately got back on Twitter to apologize for her comments. But things didn’t end there.

American Idol season 10 winner Scotty McCreery appeared at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday to promote his new single, “The Trouble with Girls.” The trouble with the performance? McCreery was neither moving his lips nor holding the microphone anywhere near his mouth when the song (along with his pre-recorded vocal track) began.

Of course, McCreery isn’t the only singer ever to lip-sync his way through a parade performance – poor acoustics and a huge amount of ambient noise make a solid vocal performance nearly impossible – but there’s something about seeing a guy who won a national singing competition fake his way through a 3-minute set that’s really disappointing (and hilarious).

A woman desperate to look like her icon Jessica Rabbit has undergone more than 100 lip injections, earning her the title of having the largest in the world, and she doesn’t plan to stop!

Kristina Rei, a 22-year-old nail technician from St. Petersburg, Russia has spent more than $6000 on the silicone jabs which she calls an “addiction” that started when she was 17.

She said:

“I think I look fantastic and it makes me happy. Sometimes strangers shout names at me in the street ‘like big lips’ but I don’t care. I want to go more extreme. I want to look like a cartoon character.”

Rei said people on the street constantly hurl insults at her, but she remains undeterred and plans to enhance her pout even more. She added that she also wants a boob job, a nose job and wants her ears surgically enhance to resemble an elf!
