Katy Perry’s Smurfette dress probably made Elmo jealous
Katy Perry donned a bedazzled Smurfette dress at The Smurfs world premiere over the weekend.
Elmo is probably jealous.
Neil Patrick Harris, Jayma Mays, Tim Gunn, Brooke Shields, Al Roker, Alan Cumming, Sofia Vergara, Kimberley Locke and more stars were all at the event. The Smurfs hits theaters Friday.

Look at what John Byrne has been up to!
Our favorite celebrity choreographer John Byrne is getting great reviews on his latest project, Transcending Form, a dramatic dance musical.
It’s his first full-length theatrical work, produced by celebrated artist David LaChapelle in collaboration with Fred Torres.
Here’s a synopsis:
“An original dance fable, ‘Transcending Form’ explores ideas of life, afterlife, and the transcending soul.
This highly theatrical work features set pieces created by David LaChapelle. ‘Transcending Form’ is set to the music of Schubert, Mozart and Tchaikovsky, and featuring vocalist Gina Figueroa.”
Transcending Form is showing Wednesdays at 8 p.m. through August 24 in NYC. Visit the Theatre 80 website for more details. Go see it and tell TP what you think!
