Comedy Central is #WINNING today because it just announced that Charlie Sheen has been selected as the next celeb to sit in the hot seat for its popular Comedy Central Roast specials.
“You could say I’ve been providing kindling for this Roast for a while,” Sheen said. “It’s time to light it up. It’s going to be epic.”
Comedy Central Roast Of Charlie Sheen will air on Monday, September 19 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Coincidentally (yeah, right), an hour earlier Ashton Kutcher makes his debut in Two and a Half Men–the series that ousted Charlie.
“Charlie has assured us that nothing will be off limits in this Roast… which scares even us,” said Kent Alterman, head of the network’s original programming and production.
