Jeff Lewis went on the Wendy Williams show last week to promote the new season Flipping Out, which airs Tuesdays on Bravo, and Wendy got the 39-year-old divo to finally admit how his lips stay so plump:

WENDY: Are those lip implants or are those your natural lips? They’re juicy.
JEFF: I always did have full lips, but I did get a permanent injection like 10 years ago. I have to say about 30-40% is gone. But it’s not something that I work on. I do not do Collagen injections or anything like that. It was kind of a very insecure period in my life. I was with someone who cheated on me like 55,000 times and I didn’t know. When I came out of that, I was devastated and I felt unworthy. I felt unattractive. I did a few things like Botox. I’m a strong believer in Botox, but I haven’t been in maybe a year. You can see the lines are coming
